Patrick Swayze was an American actor, songwriter, and singer, who gained fame in the 80s for his leading role in romantic films. Swayze was considered a ladies’ man because of his good looks and  that People Magazine dubbed him the most handsome man alive. He married Lisa Niemi in 1975 and they fell in love. The couple got married and were together until he died of pancreatic cancer in 2009.

Lisa is a professional dancer, actress and director, who starred alongside Swayze during his lifetime. She retired from the entertainment industry after the death of her husband.

She has championed a lot of charities causes, especially for pancreatic cancer patients. She co-authored a biography "The Time of My Life" with Swayze and went on to write "Worth Fighting For".

Three years after the death of Swayze, Lisa found love again in the form of jeweler Albert DePrisco.  They spent time traveling around the country before getting married in 2014. Nowadays, Lisa is busy with her horses, flying her small plane around the country and raising awareness about pancreatic cancer.
