The singer piled on a lot of weight due to bad eating habits and her mental ailment, but decided to get her life back on track with the help of proper diet, and weight loss exercises. Britney hasn’t been shy when it comes to sharing her journey; the singer quit junk food, and went into alcohol rehab at home. Now, she eats healthy but doesn’t deprive herself, and hits the gym two to three times a week which serves as an insurance against her weight troubles.

However, his body weight soon crossed the 400-pound mark, and that left all his fans shocked. Despite having a gastric bypass surgery as his only option, Garcia decided to go all-natural. He stuck to a vegan diet religiously and lo and behold! He lost a staggering 100 pounds in the due course of time. Being a professional, Jorge cut off a few things from his lifestyle and achieved what he wanted.

The Saturday Night Live cast member is grabbing eyeballs lately! The star came under the radar last year when she couldn’t find a dress to wear for the Ghostbusters reboot. Thankfully, Christian Siriano agreed to dress her. Since then, Jones has worked on her weight loss journey and has, so far, lost 40 pounds. As you can see, she looks absolutely stunning! She just turned 50 and is rocking all kinds of dresses with her great physique. Her trainer did help her and so did her co-star, Kate McKinnon. They used to walk before and after dinner, and Jones tried to keep her diet in control as well. These new practices in her lifestyle obviously worked well for her, and we can’t wait to see more of her with her new figure!
