Even though he purchased his family home for $20 million, its value has risen so much that its worth is now estimated to be an incredible $85 million! The cozy family home was transformed into a personal vacation resort with 32 rooms in total. The 16-acre-estate boasts nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, some indoor and outdoor pools, spa, tennis court, giant guest house, and is surrounded by hiking and riding trails. Well done, Eddie!
