André Marques – Cirurgia bariátrica e muita pipoca feita no vapor!
Depois de se submeter a uma cirurgia de manga gástrica, o apresentador André Marques eliminou 71kg e transformou seu corpo. Além de muito exercício, o ex ator de “Malhação” confessou que utiliza também de um método inusitado para matar a fome: comer pipoca feita no vapor. Segundo o apresentador, a pipoca tem que ser comida sem sal, sem leite condensado, sem manteiga e sem guloseimas que engordam. Em entrevista ao site do GSHOW, ele afirmou: “É como se eu tivesse comendo isopor. Você pode jogar sal que não pega. Ela fica seca. Você emagrece, porque come pouco dela (risos)”.
