A Woman Was Imprisoned Years Later for Finding a Strange Coin When She Was Just Nine Years Old!
When Kate Harding, a citizen of the United Kingdom, was assisting her mother in tending to their garden, she was approximately nine years old. The little girl was digging around in the soil like any other kid, but she ended up unearthing a peculiar artifact due to her activities.
She was delighted to have discovered what appeared to be a coin-shaped object and expressed her excitement. Therefore, when Kate found the coin, she decided to conceal it from her parents and keep the whereabouts of this treasure a mystery.
Kate was under the impression that the coin had been buried for a very long period because it was highly unclean and worn, so she rushed into her bedroom and washed the coin inside locked doors.

Just like every other child her age, Kate spent an entire week completely preoccupied with her newly discovered treasure before she, too, grew tired of it and tucked the penny away in a dresser drawer, where she promptly forgot about it.
