It is common knowledge that mascots will do anything in their power to maintain the crowd’s attention and urge the players to keep up their level of effort while competing. Unfortunately, even though the mascot seems to be having a wonderful time, the football player in the picture appears as though he is going to suffocate in his green hairy suit.

The fact that the player is occupied with anything below. His waistline lends credence to the theory that he is performing some maintenance on the mascot’s costume. Either the player was assisting him by holding his garments up, or the mascot was having fun dancing over him. Both of these scenarios are possible. Nobody will ever know what happened to put them in such a difficult situation.
