A Prince with the Shark
Marking the 30th anniversary of Discovery Channel’s Shark Week, Dubai’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan, better known as Fazza to his massive Instagram following, took a daring dive with whale sharks. This adventurous royal, already known for his exploits with wild creatures, shared an Instagram video of himself swimming alongside the giant fish.
He captioned the video, which quickly garnered 290,000 views, expressing the awe of the experience and emphasizing the importance of understanding these creatures. While some followers voiced their worries, it’s crucial to remember that despite their intimidating size, these marine creatures mainly feed on plankton, posing minimal threat to humans.
