Working from home can offer more quality time to be spent with family. Unfortunately, it can sometimes lead to unanticipated and undesired disruptions. This was the case for WCBS-TV meteorologist Lonnie Quinn when his daughters, Lily and Savy, were uninvited during his live broadcast in 2020. Their mother was on a Zoom call for work, and the girls wanted to wave hello to the viewers.
Quinn was worried about how this would impact his broadcast, but he had no choice but to continue his report with his daughters beside him. To his shock, their adorable act quickly went viral, making the family overnight celebrities.
