Hosting a morning show is not an easy job, especially when it comes to sustaining energy levels. Take Robin Roberts, for example, anchor of “Good Morning America,” who wakes up at an ungodly hour of 3:45 a.m. to prepare for her 7 a.m. show.
Unfortunately, not everyone can be as dedicated, as evidenced by Tucker Carlson’s infamous incident on “Fox & Friends” in 2013. He was caught dozing off during a live broadcast, making his co-hosts Mike Jerrick and Alisyn Camerota burst into laughter. Despite the embarrassment, Carlson was honest and said he was tired from filling in for Sean Hannity the night before.
