Ina Garten was greatly influenced by her mother, Florence Rosenberg, during her childhood years to take up cooking as her career. Florence bought her daughter a subscription to cookbook series from Time Life and that paved the path for her. As she grew up, she got married to Jeffrey Garten and started cooking meals for him.
Later Ina came up with her own food store in New York, Barefoot Contessa, which turned out to be a huge success. It became so popular that she even got an opportunity from the Food Network to host her own show with the same name.
The celebrity chef has impressed the world with her cooking prowess. She has published 12 cookbooks and is also the recipient of a host of awards. Ina has everything as she follows her passion which has also raised her net worth to almost $60 million
