Katharine Ross foi apresentada ao mundo no começo dos anos 1960, e ficou muito famosa após aparecer no filme A Primeira Noite De Um Homem. Nomeada a um Oscar de Melhor Atriz Coadjuvante, Katharine participou de outras obras muito bem-sucedidas, como As Esposas de Stepford, Butch Cassidy e Donnie Darko. Na TV, Katharine Ross fez sucesso com seu papel de Francesca Colby na série The Colbys, que foi ao ar entre 1985 e 1987, além de ter participado da dublagem de episódios das animações American Dad! e Uma Família Da Pesada. Katharine Ross é dona de um BAFTA de melhor atriz e a sortuda titular de uma conta bancária com US$ 5 milhões. Bastante diferente de quando era jovem, Katharine está chegando aos 80 anos e até agora não anunciou sua aposentadoria.
