Joan Rivers – Vício em cirurgias
Os jovens de hoje talvez não acreditem, mas Joan Rivers – nome artístico de Joan Alexandra Molinsky – era uma linda mulher quando jovem mas foi seu vício por cirurgias plásticas que a fez transformar seu rosto e, em seguida, falecer. Sua primeira cirurgia de rinoplastia foi quando ainda estava na faculdade e depois disso ela não parou mais. Além disso, Joan também sofreu de bulimia nervosa. Atriz, comediante e apresentadora de televisão, Joan era conhecida por seus comentários ríspidos e por seu forte sotaque nova-iorquino. Sua morte foi em 2014 devido a uma pequena cirurgia – e infelizmente ela entrou em coma e nunca mais acordou, chocando o mundo do entretenimento. Ela deixou uma filha, Melissa Rivers, que parece seguir os passos da mãe quando o assunto é profissão.
