Premiada atriz, Kirstie Alley foi indicada a 6 Globo de Ouro sendo vencedora de 1, indicada a 8 Emmy Awards sendo vencedora de 2, e indicada a um SAG. Mesmo estando em Hollywood, Alley nunca foi dentro dos “padrões”. Desde seu papel em Cheers notamos que Kirstie nunca foi exatamente magra, mas nos últimos anos, a atriz ficou em uma eterna luta contra o peso, ganhando e perdendo quilos frequentemente. Como atriz, Kirstie ganhou muitos prêmios, mas infelizmente sua fama de viciada acabou ofuscando o seu talento. Kirstie usou cocaína e álcool e essa combinação fez com que o seu rosto envelhecesse rapidamente. Depois de muitos estragos para sua saúde, finalmente Alley procurou ajuda e foi à um centro de reabilitação de Scientology chamado Narconon. Estamos torcendo para que ela esteja bem e continua na ativa por muitos anos, afinal, um talento desse não pode ser desperdiçado assim. Força, Kirstie!
