In fact, Hannah, who was born as Hannah Davis, emerged as the champion of the Caribbean national side in tennis. In 2012, the American model started dating Derek Jeter, one of the most heavily marketed baseball players of his generation. They got engaged in 2015 and finally got married in July 2016. They now have a daughter, Bella Raine Jeter, who was born in August 2017.
