Adele
Born in 1988 in North London, Adele had a demo recorded for a project in school, and her friend had it posted on Myspace. Since then, she never looked back. Released in 2008, 19 was Adele’s claim to international fame, and her first album is certified seven times platinum in the UK alone. Her second album, 21, was released in 2011, and unsurprisingly surpassed the success of her debut album. She grabbed numerous awards and a record-breaking 13 Grammy Awards for her three albums altogether. Despite her sky-high success, she neither succumbed to any addiction nor visited any drug and alcohol rehab. Now, that’s what you call handling the pressures of immense fame gracefully!
