Naomi Campbell – Née en 1970
Le mannequin britannique Naomi Campbell a plus d’un tour dans son sac. Le modèle né à Londres a commencé à 15 ans lorsqu’elle a été recrutée comme le visage d’une marque locale. Bientôt, Naomi s’est imposée comme l’un des meilleurs mannequins de sa génération et a dirigé le monde de la mode pendant des décennies. Campbell a souvent apporté son soutien à des organismes de bienfaisance et à des causes humanitaires, en particulier dans le cadre de nombreuses campagnes de Nelson Mandela. Malgré sa carrière bien rangée, Naomi a lutté pendant des années contre la cocaïne et l’alcoolisme et est entrée dans des centres de désintoxication pour se guérir elle-même. Depuis, elle a réussi à se tenir à l’écart des drogues, et elle maintient son poids et sa beauté grâce à un programme de conditionnement physique simple comprenant le Pilates et le Yoga. Campbell maintient également une diète stricte sans sucre et garde sa peau aussi hydratée que possible.
