A Beautiful Family Reunion
Is there anything more beautiful to behold than someone reuniting with his family? Even if that someone is a fictional anthropomorphic duck like Donald Duck. He is known for his sometimes unintelligible speech and temperamental personality. He made his first theatrical appearance in the 1934 cartoon “The Wise Little Hen.”
But, it wasn’t until his appearance in the short film “Orphan’s Benefit” that he was widely accepted. The character has appeared in over 150 movies, has made several appearances in comic books, and has been famously drawn by legendary artists like Al Taliaferro, Don Rosa, and Carl Banks. Donald Duck has also been portrayed as having a friendly rivalry with Mickey Mouse.
