Gaye Farncombe is another flag-bearer of the Thomson family lineage, he owns a piece of the empire. Farncombe is another granddaughter of the Canadian newspaper mogul, Roy Thomson. She is the daughter of Phyllis Audrey Thomson. Farncombe is also one of the billionaires Linda Campbell.
Farncombe also owns 11% of Woodbridge’s investment firm. The billionaire is in a marital relationship with the furniture maker Murray Farncombe. Farncombe, her husband, and another partner is the owner of the high-end furniture store, Murron’s Cabinetry, in Oakville, Ontario.
Farncombe is also known for her philanthropic ventures with her two sisters. The two sisters have contributed immensely to cancer research among other causes. Farncombe owns 11% of Woodbridge’s investment firm and her net worth is $8.46 billion CAN ($6.72 billion US).
