His property might not exactly be the largest — covering an area of 1,000 square feet — but it’s certainly luxurious. It offers amazing views of the surrounding city and is built with modern architecture in mind. It turned out to be a pretty good investment since it’s selling price is quite a bit more than the purchasing price of $1.5 million back in 2013.
