Nomeada a 4 Globos de Ouro, Loretta Swit fez muito sucesso nas décadas de 1970 e 1980 no seriado M*A*S*H, que rendeu dois prêmios Emmy à atriz. Loretta começou sua carreira muito jovem, com apenas 7 anos de idade. Considerada uma atriz bastante versátil, já que se destaca tanto em papéis de comédia quanto em filmes dramáticos, Loretta Swit estrelou em filmes como Whoops: Apocalipse Já!, S.O.B Nos Bastidores de Hollywood e Corrida Com O Diabo, além de já ter feito diversas participações em seriados de TV. As sete décadas de carreira de Loretta Switt renderam à atriz um patrimônio líquido que esperávamos ser maior: US$ 4 milhões. Não é pouco, mas perto de outras celebridades, é um valor humilde. De qualquer forma, ela chegou aos 81 com muita saúde e disposição, e está aposentada desde a década de 1990.
