A atriz de Titanic sempre compartilhou seu desdém por dietas e afirma que não se pesava. Mas nos perguntamos como ela conseguiu perder peso após a gravidez, considerando que nunca fez dieta. Simples, Kate seguiu uma terapia nova chamada Dieta da análise facial, criada por Elizabeth Gibaund, nutricionista das celebridades. A teoria da dieta é que o corpo precisa de 12 minerais para funcionar, e várias marcas no rosto podem significar doenças ou deficiências. Kate teve que passar por uma desintoxicação, seguida por uma dieta especial de duas semanas, dependendo desses minerais e, obviamente, funcionou; ela nunca esteve melhor!
