Conhecida pelo hit “Baba baby”, Kelly Key sempre cuidou da boa forma e foi exemplo de saúde. Após a gravidez do seu terceiro filho, a cantora viu o seu corpo se transformar e decidiu perder os quilos extras que ganhou durante a gestão. Com apenas 23 dias após o parto, Kelly voltou aos treinos e inicou uma dieta meio a meio: metade carboidratos e metade proteína, em cinco a seis refeições por dia. Como precisava amamentar, a cantora precisava de carboidratos em sua dieta e quando ainda não podia treinar pesado, a musa optou por caminhadas. O resultado de tanto esforço foi incrível? -14kg e a barriga sarada de volta!
