Luiza Possi – Dieta balanceada e -20kg!
Uma das transformações mais faladas no mundo das celebridades foi a da cantora e compositora de MPB Luiza Possi. Após descobrir alergia ao glúten, lactose, amendoim, camarão e outros alimentos que faziam parte do seu cardápio, a filha de Zizi Possi perdeu muitos quilos na balança. Com uma dieta adequada, Luiza eliminou 20kg e reforça que a perda de peso, para ela, foi muito mais que estética. A cantora contou, em entrevista para a Vogue Brasil, que na época que estava acima do peso, se sentia deprimida e acabou encontrando conforto na comida. Hoje, com uma silhueta mais fina, Luiza demonstra muito mais saúde, disposição e alto astral!
