Déborah Secco – Dieta detox rígida e -11kg em 40 dias!
Com apenas 34 anos, Débora Secco sempre encantou os fãs com seu corpo sarado e sua boa forma. Mas para interpretar a ex- apresentadora de programa infantil “Laura”, a atriz precisou engordar 11kg e se viu um pouco acima de peso. Para eliminar os quilos extras que ganhou devido ao papel, Secco se submeteu no início desse ano a uma dieta detox super rígida. Para criar o regime certo, a beldade recebeu orientações da médica, cardiologista e especialista em terapia ortomolecular Heloísa Rocha. Após uma análise de sangue, a atriz descobriu que era intolerante ao trigo, milho, aveia, leite de vaca, ovo, tomate, laranja, limão e pimentão. Além de retirar todos esses alimentos do cardápio, Deborah também cuidou da sua tireoide (a atriz tem hipotireoidismo). Resultado: -11kg em apenas 40 dias e um corpão de dar inveja!
