O que você acha de alguém cujo nome é um prato delicioso? O músico Meatloaf, de 70 anos, nasceu Michael Lee Aday. Criado em uma família com histórico de obesidade, Meatloaf teve problemas de peso ao envelhecer, atingindo 145 quilos. Conhecendo as repercussões da obesidade, Meatloaf finalmente mudou sua vida e aderiu ao Programa Slim Fast. Ele também mudou sua dieta rica em proteínas e se tornou vegetariano. As mudanças drásticas o ajudaram a perder peso pouco a pouco ao longo de muitos anos, perdendo mais de 54 kg.
