Mas ele queria frequentar academia e contratou um nutricionista que o ajudou a fazer uma dieta paleolítica. O programa que consistia em verduras orgânicas, livres de pesticidas e peixe e frango livres de hormônios, ajudou o corpo de Anderson a transformar a gordura corporal em músculos puros. Ele também pedalou muito e fez caminhadas para manter a saúde e ajudar no programa de perda de peso.
