Mackenzie Rosman – Philanthropist
Mackenzie Rosman will always be cherished as Ruth Camden from the show, 7th Heaven. The show ended in 2007, and though Mackenzie did manage to clinch a few other small roles, she was clearly not too happy about them. Hence, she shifted her entire focus on philanthropy. She is the chairperson of CureFinders, an organization that deals with people afflicted with cystic fibrosis. We would love to see more people like her from the industry, taking up causes like this. Banking on their name and fame, these organizations manage to get a lot of leverage.
