LISA WHELCHEL – AUTHOR & INSPIRATIONAL SPEAKER
Lisa Whelchel is an actress, songwriter, singer, public speaker, and author. She rose to fame in the ’80s, with her appearances in The New Mickey Mouse Club and The Facts of Life. Her contemporary Christian album got Lisa nominated for a Grammy award when she was nineteen years old.
Later on, Lisa authored ten books on motherhood and even participated as a guest speaker at conferences and events all year. The mother of three gave a stiff competition to the other participants on Survivor: Philippines and won second place! She is a real inspiration to many women who are contemplating starting their own careers.
