When it comes to celebrity status, Selena Gomez certainly overshadows her mother Mandy Teefey. Selena’s rise to fame was phenomenal. She started her journey as a Disney star, and, at the age of sixteen, she landed her own production company which says a lot about her entrepreneurial skills. Her songs soon made it to the top of the charts and she was known worldwide. Though her parents have been in a divorce, it was her mom who took up three jobs in order to support her and provide for her. Selena has also investments in tech companies, and we guess she has learned it from her mommy.
