The late Gianni Versace owned this fabulous home which was listed at $125 million in the market. It is the most expensive house that has ever been sold in Miami. It has a pool that is lined with 24 karat gold. The roofing and heating and cooling system are also amazing.
This beautiful estate has drawn great attention and lots of the prospective buyers are attracted to it from all corners of the world. It is a shame that the house only fetched $50 million. Gianni Versace passed away in 1997, at the age of fifty.
