In spite of having such a tall reputation and a swelling bank account with $200M, Morgan prefers a simple lifestyle, devoid of any extravagance. He owns a ranch in Charleston, Mississippi that is spread across an area of 125 acres. He gets all the privacy in the world here and is in love with the tranquil environment. This ranch also became a honey bee sanctuary after Mr. Freeman heard they were in danger of extinction.
