The Pacific Palisades is one of the best areas in California, and Kevin was smart enough to invest in real estate in this part of town. However, with the current market, he’s having trouble finding the right buyer for the house, and we’re hoping he does so soon before he has to lower the price too much.

The house itself is beautifully made, and it’s easy to tell that a lot of effort has gone into the small details that this place has, like the custom wood flooring that adds to its charm. Kevin is now 65 years and is still remembered for his performances on Saturday Night Live and Man with a Plan, among others.
