LeBron James shelled out $23 million to own his second nest in Los Angeles. The Cleveland Cavaliers basketball star purchased this staggering 16,000-square-foot property last year. Along with an outdoor-indoor fitness space and a wine cellar, the mansion boasts of eight bedrooms, as well as nine and a half bathrooms. Lying at a stone’s throw distance from his first home in the Brentwood area of LA, his property is clearly one of his many worthwhile investments in real estate, with James paying extra attention to the roofing and heating of his nest.
