This magnificent house also features seven bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, and it is part of a prestigious gated community on La GOrce Island. Billy listed it in 2012 at $14.75M, a million more than he paid for it back in 2006. In 2013, it was sold for $14M to an Italian billionaire.
