Whoopi Goldberg – Pound A Day Diet

Academy Award-winning actress Whoopi Goldberg has recently been in news for losing weight as well. Seems like Hollywood is getting healthier every day. Despite being round in the middle, that has not stopped Whoopie from delivering stellar performances such as in The Color Purple, Ghost, Sister Act, and Girl, Interrupted. However, at one point of time, she weighed 217 pounds and perhaps, that is what triggered Whoopi to turn over a new leaf, weight-wise. Instead of opting for surgery, she began following Rocco DiSpirito’s Pound A Day Diet. Through this, she has lost 50 pounds!
