Sara Rue: Jenny Craig Inc
TV star Sara Rue was overweight and struggled through her teen years by starving herself and even suffered eating disorders. Then she was introduced to Jenny Craig’s weight management plan and lost 50lb in a relatively short time span.
She follows a plant-based meal plan, skipping grains, meat, and dairy taking care of her shape as well. Now, she looks as seen in the photo above. In 2019, Sara is a cast regular on American Housewife, The Rookie, had a role in True Love Blooms and appears in other projects as well.
