Jack Black has never quite had to deal with conventional weight issues considering his roles didn’t need to accentuate his physical attributes; his comic talent has been enough. And we don’t think he had any ailments either, but Jack Black, known for his impulsive decisions, decided to lose weight. Though many media outlets speculated that he binged on food supplements, the actor has insisted that his weight loss was all thanks to a low calorie diet and lots of high-intensity working out. He also said he munched on raisins, nuts and kept drinking green smoothies for a boost of energy.
