When most people dread carrying extra weight, Hollywood actress Renée Zellweger actually worked towards piling on extra pounds for her Bridget Jones series. She stuffed herself full of junk food and soon the effects of her weight gain were seen.

Alas, this had its downsides, of course, and Renée went on a strict regime to lose weight. She also trained hard under the tutelage of her personal trainer, lifted weights, ran miles and ate carefully curated meals. According to her recent interviews, she stuck to 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein, and 30% far ratio in her meals.
