The singer shocked her fans with her weight loss after having spent a while dealing with Graves’ disease. Though Missy had lost 70lbs earlier, after being warned off by her doctors, her latest transformation made her drop 30lbs and all thanks to Insanity workouts by celebrity trainer Shaun T. Missy said she wouldn’t let her disease stop her from having a healthy life and has since then made an effort to keep her diet clean, avoiding sugar, white flour, breads, etc. The Grammy winner’s recent weight loss had left her glowing and fit!
