Most politicians live in affluent neighborhoods, and Nancy is certainly one. Pelosi is the current Speaker of the House of Representatives in the United States. While she has several houses to live in, the one in Washington catches our eyes the most. It is just a three-minute distance away from the White House.

Nancy and Paul Pelosi call a 2,325 square foot condo on K Street in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington DC their $2.16 million home. They purchased the house at $650,000 in 1999 from Pelosi campaign donor Paul Seagram.

The property with two floors of living space is replete with all the essentials. Right from granite countertops, maple cabinetry, and a marble tub in the master bath, it has all the luxuries you may want in a home. Overlooking the Potomac River, it screams comfort living with its high ceilings and crown moldings. The 36-unit building also comes with an expensive rooftop swimming pool.
