Idris Elba & Sabrina Dhowre – Together since 2017
Famous for playing Stringer Bell in the HBO series “The Wire,” Idris Elba is an English actor, producer, and musician. Although he has previously walked down the aisle with Hanne Nørgaard and Sonya Nicole Hamlin, the marriages failed. In 2018 he became engaged to Somali-Canadian model Sabrina Dhowre. The two have reportedly been together since 2017 after meeting in Canada at a Jazz bar.
Elba proposed to Dhowre at a screening of his directorial debut, “Yardie.” Their super-secret three-day celebrations went down in Marrakesh, where the pair tied the knot on April 26, 2019. The couple has a son together, and they prefer keeping their family life private.
