Alexa Vega started young and she never had to take a hiatus. She found plenty of work throughout her career. When she was eight, she made her debut in the blockbuster Twister. But she got wide recognition for playing Carmen Cortez in the Spy Kids series. Ever since, she has acted in movies, television soaps and shows, and commercials, even participating in reality shows like Dancing With The Stars. She didn’t have to take up a college program in order to have a good career as she already had enough in her bank account. She married singer Carlos Pena after her first marriage ended in divorce. The two must be completely smitten with each other as they combined their surnames to form a joint surname PenaVega.
