Ralph Macchio — Actor

Ralph started out with the CBS series Afternoon Playhouse and Eight is Enough, and earned a slot in The Outsiders, a film by Francis Coppola, in 1983. His career reached greater heights when he was cast for the role of Daniel LaRusso in the 1984 film The Karate Kid and took much time in between to star in My Cousin Vinny. Though Ralph didn’t achieve much success thereafter, he hasn’t contemplated on taking up a retirement and has continued with his work by appearing in Entourage and later in Hitchcock, a biopic. Portraying a cop in The Deuce implies that Macchio has to take utmost care of his fitness from time to time.
