Amanda Lepore é uma celebridade trans bem conhecida e passou pela cirurgia de mudança de gênero quando tinha apenas 17 anos. Segundo Amanda Lepore, desde muito nova ela já sabia sobre sua identidade de gênero e com o passar dos anos decidiu fazer as transformações para se sentir melhor com seu corpo. Assim como muitas crianças trans, Lepore contou que não ficava confortável nas roupas de menino e se vestia como menina para ir a escola. Em sua carreira, a bela fez trabalhos como modelo, atriz e cantora e até chegou a lançar seu próprio álbum em 2011). Com várias cirurgias plásticas, Amanda conseguiu uma aparência perfeita e um rosto incrível. Porém, depois de tantos procedimentos, atualmente achamos que a sua aparência parece bem artificial.
