Dentre as extravagâncias, temos o aluguel do Forte di Belvederie, o cachê de Andre Bocelli e Lana Del Rey, hotéis de luxo para familiares e convidados, além de passagens aéreas, buffet, bebidas e decoração. A noiva vestiu um modelo assinado por Riccardo Tisci, estilista da Givenchy e amigo pessoal do casal, que também vestiu o noivo com um elegante smoking. A primeira filha de Kim e Kanye, North West, teve um vestido que era miniatura da Kardashian.
