Le couple de Faustine Bollaert et Maxim Chattam a décidemment fait mentir le proverbe « ceux qui se ressemblent s’assemblent ». En effet, ces deux tourtereaux qui semblaient diamétralement opposés, l’une animatrice pétillante, l’autre auteur de polar, ont fini par se passer la bague au doigt. Leur union a été officialisée en 2012 en Chypre. Questionnée sur ce qui l’a fait craqué chez son mari, Faustine Bollaert a donné une réponse surprenante en répondant qu’elle avait était attirée par son côté morbide et glauque. Un drôle de goût qui s’explique surement par le fait qu’elle fut confrontée à la mort très jeune, ce qui a déclenché en elle une attraction pour le sombre. Ils sont les heureux parents de deux enfants : Abbie et Peter.
