En plus d’une grande complicité amoureuse avec Jean-Luc Reichmann, Nathalie Lecoutre est également le bras droit de ce dernier depuis plus de vingt ans déjà. L’épouse de l’animateur phare de TF1 est la co-rédactrice de la série Léo Mattéï btigade des mineurs dans laquelle son mari joue. Elle est également la directrice artistique de la série, un travail à temps plein qu’elle jongle avec l’élevage de ses six enfants âgés entre 7 et 26 ans. Jean-Luc Reichmann et Nathalie Lecoultre non seulement vivent mais travaillent également ensemble. Cela contribue grandement à leur complicité hors du commun qui fera surement survivre le couple au-delà de vingt ans.
