The long-term marital alliance between Steven Tyler and Aimee Preston has been a case in point. Overt speculation or the age gap could not deter them, and they got hitched anyway and have recently crossed the five-year threshold.

The couple doesn’t care much about speculation. Instead, they focussed on building their relationship, and they are said to be pretty serious about this budding relationship. The Aerosmith singer and his girlfriend often pack in the PDA on various red carpet events and shows.

Preston worked as Steven’s assistant before their relationship took on a romantic shade.  They made their relationship official at an Oscar viewing party of Elton John’s Aids Foundation.  The romantic duo knows that if you have got a good relationship going, you must have faith in it and persist on it no matter what people say.
