Ted Danson und Casey Coates – Angebliche Einigung über 30 Millionen Dollar
Wer kann Sam Malone aus der Sitcom “Cheers” auf NBC vergessen? Edward Bridge Danson III alias Ted Danson war der Mann, der die Figur populär machte. Im Laufe seiner Karriere wurde Danson für mehr als 15 Primetime Emmy Awards nominiert, von denen er zwei gewann, sowie für 10 Golden Globe Awards nominiert, von denen er drei abräumte. Bevor er zum Star wurde, lernte Ted Casey Coates kennen. Die beiden waren fast 16 Jahre lang verheiratet, bevor es 1992 zur Scheidung kam. Was die Abfindung angeht, so erhielt Casey 30 Millionen Dollar.
