Die Schauspielerin und Komikerin Joan Rivers starb letzte Woche nach einer Berichten zufolge routinemäßigen Wahlbehandlung in einer Einrichtung in Manhattan.
Nach Angaben der New Yorker Feuerwehr wurde sie regelmäßig am Hals operiert. Während der Operation bei Yorkville Endoscopy erlitt sie vermutlich einen Herz- und Atemstillstand.
